I've never really had anyone on here to read my journals. But I'm gonna write one anyway.

I doubt anyone's noticed my lack of updating in a while, and thats directly related to my lack of caring. One year as a deviantart member hasn't been great for me; I never had success or popularity, and that made me take pictures that didn't really speak to me, but were someone else's vision. If your art doesn't feel like its yours, and your not proud of it then what is the point of continuing to share it? I'm not saying I'm quitting deviantart or packing up all my pictures and leaving. I'm just kind of saying, if that makes sense. I'm a teenager with no future in the art industry; I know I will never be anything more than average at best. I hate to be so depressing, but I just feel like I'm wasting my time on here. I have a whole summer ahead of me to change my mind and my life and make mistakes and I just want to enjoy it as much as I can and not be hindered by this addiction called internet. I'm not even 16 yet.

Thanks to everyone who has supported me (and Ashley). It means so much. We're not going away completely, we just won't be around as much. Maybe we'll be back full force eventually. Who knows.
